Its lightweight material, combined with a 7:1 nesting ratio, makes it easy to handle and store, saving you money and space in shipping and storage. Pallet packs are available in two materials: triple-corrugated, military-grade cardboard, and weather-resistant reinforced plastic. Each three-piece pallet pack container system consists of a plastic pallet base, lid and sleeve. Standard Pallet Pack Containers

The pallet pack container system is cost-effective, often paying for itself within six months. The patented slide-lock eliminates costly time-consuming banding and stretch-wrapping systems. Pallets and tops are nestable and sleeves are collapsible, yielding improved warehouse utilization and reducing return freight costs. It takes only one person 60 seconds to assemble one pallet pack system, saving valuable employee time on the job. And, because pallet pack bulk containers can be recycled at the end of their lifecycle, they are environmentally friendly.

Plastic Pallet Packs

The plastic pallet pack is an all-weather container used to handle a variety of materials. Durable triple-layer polyethylene makes the plastic sleeve exceptionally strong in every direction and resistant to the tearing, impact, and compression other sleeve packs face. Sealed edges allow the sleeve pack to be washed and stored outdoors without any wear and tear to the container. Each three-piece pallet pack container system consists of a plastic pallet base and lid, which interlock with the chosen sleeve for excellent stability and unmatched vertical load capacity.
