When storing, shipping, and processing flowable materials such as resin, lateral pressure on the side walls can create a whole host of problems for normal material handling containers. RPP Containers offers a line of reinforced collapsible bulk containers designed specifically to withstand the demands of storing and transporting resin. Collapsible resin containers are perfect for bulk materials processing, plastic processing, and can even be used in food processing plants when used with an appropriate liner.


If switching over from single use corrugated gaylords, our plastic gaylords offer many benefits that make the transition to reusables painless and cost efficient. Made of premium, high-density, injection-molded plastic, our plastic gaylord is splinter resistant so there are no worries about wood pallets chipping or contaminating your product. Unlike corrugated gaylords, RPP’s bins are easy to clean and sanitize and are less likely to accumulate debris and dust than single use alternatives. The integrated pallet bases offer easy handling by pallet jack or forklift and allow for secure stacking with or without a lid.

The Foldable Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) outperforms the cardboard Octabin in several ways: stackability, durability and ease of use. The FIBC can hold the same amount of resin as the Octabin, and at a cost breakeven of 15 trips, it will ultimately save you money.

Plastic Gaylords

The 40" x 48" x 46" Plastic Gaylord can handle the heavy pressures of flowable materials and is FDA-approved for direct contact with food products. The steel-reinforced plastic gaylord is ideal for transport and storage of resin, powders, ingredients, and other flowable materials. Heavy-duty, double-wall, polypropylene construction allows plastic gaylords to hold up to 2,000 - 2,500 lbs. of materials. Available with or without steel reinforcements.
