Our containers are splinter-resistant and help better protect your products from contaminants than expendable or single-use bins. With weight ratings ranging from 1300 lbs. to 3300 lbs. RPP’s line of food and beverage containers can be used in all aspects of food processing, storage or material handling. From meat and poultry processing, to plastic bottle preform storage, to wine grape storage and fermentation, we have a long-lasting container that can meet your needs. Optional drop doors on the sides of the bins allow for easy loading and unloading of product. Integrated pallet bases offer easy handling by pallet jack or forklift and allow for secure stacking with or without a lid.

The 40" x 48" x 46" Plastic Gaylord can handle the heavy pressures of flowable materials and is FDA-approved for direct contact with food products. The steel-reinforced plastic gaylord is ideal for transport and storage of powders, ingredients, and other flowable materials. Heavy-duty, double-wall, polypropylene construction allows plastic gaylords to hold up to 2,000 - 2,500 lbs. of materials. Available with or without steel reinforcements.
