Account Manager Trainee

We are looking for a new account manager trainee who is organized, highly motivated, and a self-starter with a desire to learn about our products and achieve both individual and team sales goals. The first 6-month training period is a supportive learning environment where you will gain a deep understanding of the roles, products, and operations.

After Training Period 

  • Responding to inbound phone calls and email inquiries with quotes.

  • Growing your customer base by proactively contacting additional customer locations and prospecting.

  • Gathering application and project information to help guide customers to the right product/solution.

  • Working with the sales management team, engineering department, and production to develop custom solutions for customers if required.

  • Negotiating pricing and delivery terms directly with customers to close sales.

  • Proactively following up with past customers and inquiring about new or continuing needs.

Education/Required Skills

  • Bachelors Degree is preferred, not required.
  • Ability to manage and maintain multiple customers, projects, and sales opportunities at the same time and in a timely manner.
  • Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable when working with customers via phone, email, or team meetings.
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills and can concisely explain solutions to customers.
  • Computer aptitude, primarily with Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to learn our ERP system.
  • Strong organization and time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects over one another.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team player.

Manufacturing and Fabrication Technician

We are looking for a capable Manufacturing and Fabrication Technician who can perform maintenance functions of the shop facility and necessary operations to construct, test, alter, repair, prototypes, and custom products.

Skills/Duties

  • Responsible for performing maintenance functions of the shop facility and necessary operations to construct, test, alter, repair, prototypes, and custom products.

  • Performs calculations for the building of prototypes by using data specifications provided by Engineering.

  • Revives existing prototypes to reflect engineering changes by working from engineering drawings and sketches, using a wide range of manufacturing technology and creative problem-solving.

  • Fabricates products from a variety of equipment to exact tolerances using precision measuring instruments.

  • Test runs prototype models and records results.

  • Provides lead time information to the sales team.

Full-time | 2nd Shift

  • Full-time employment (40 hours a  week)
  • Monday - Friday
  • From $18.00 an hour

Education/Required Skills

  • High school/GED
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Routine heavy lifting, up to 150 pounds with assistance (75 pounds alone).
  • Knowledge of all facets of metal fabrication including but not limited to welding, welding stainless steel, use of pan and box brake, drill press, hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, building maintenance, and local codes.
  • Mechanically Inclined.
